08.01.2022 Friday afternoon - Receive call re computer performing very slow Friday evening - Receive computer and troubleshoot suspected failing hard drive. Saturday Morning - Confirm with client that hard drive is failing and needs replacing. Go and obtain replacement hard drive and start cloning old hard drive hoping that the failing drive is in a good enough state to complete a clone.
