11.01.2022 Long term philanthropic investment in social sector leadership in collaboration and on scale is heartwarming to see. But please... let this be just the start! NPA are celebrating the news that the Social Impact Leadership Australia (SILA) program is receiving a philanthropic investment of 9 million dollars, over 5-years, to develop the skills and capabilities of charity leaders. At NPA we wholeheartedly agree in the importance of investing in our leaders as the key driver...s of organisational culture and social impact. We applaud the collaborative funding efforts of The Myer Foundation, the Sidney Myer Fund, the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation and the Paul Ramsay Foundation. To any other funders interested in capacity building, we have dozens of NFP CEO’s who seek funding to participate in The NonProfit Alliance peer2peer program many who are reluctantly withdrawing due to Covid budget restraints - and there are just not enough scholarships to offer them. We can put you in touch. Read more about SILA here: http://bit.ly/2OpAFlT Read more about NPA here: https://www.nonprofitalliance.com.au/
