25.01.2022 Confidence! It makes all the difference This is what struck me when I caught up on video call with Anne Meiklejohn of BAFC Settlements. As we start to get back to ‘normal’ we see that some things might just be a part of the ‘new normal’. Here is an example of that What shone through loud and clear from Anne is the personal service level that has won BAFC a 2018 Excellence in Service award , and how she and her business have embraced change and come out ahead. While B...AFC (Better And Faster Conveyancing Pty Ltd) was affected, like everyone else, with personal contact limitations, the documents were still personally delivered to the signatories, there was a video-call to walk through the signing process, and the office remained open so that documents could be dropped off even though some of the staff were working remotely out of the office. In fact, the service levels may increase in future as Anne proudly told me that the office is now paperless, and overseas or regional signatories are walked through the signing process on video as well. 03.01.2022 It was enlightening and refreshing to spend time with Bethany Moller of DCH Legal Group (dch.com.au). When we take enough time to understand how true professionals are able to evaluate situations and be invested in superb client outcomes, we can have faith that they’ll always be in our corner for the best possible result.
