21.01.2022 The plan was to rent out our property..the agents were interviewed and paper work was about to be signed. We of course changed our mind 6 weeks before we were planning to make our #seachange! #causethatshowweroll #thestrugglewasreal On top of packing an entire home, entertaining children who were on school holidays, we had to prepare our home for sale! #wedidit somehow, but Ill tell you that my nails are still damaged from all the hard work we did!... #queensland #instahouse #igers #makeithappen

15.01.2022 3 kids off to a brand new school, in a brand new state within our brand new LIFE! They all seemed so happy to stay in their classes and I saw them chit chatting to others as i was leaving. It is so wonderful to see them develop, grow, ADAPT and live their life, and more and more, in their own way, becoming little people in their own rights. I was very sad as I walked out, but excited for their, and our journey. Its going to be amazing .... I was also super excited to head into a nail salon for a long awaited pedicure...its the small things! How did you feel after sending your little people to school yesterday/today? What grade are they in?

09.01.2022 So this happened two days ago-my 5 year old business finished its brand new transformation and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The feedback has been amazing from our members. It has also been a crazy busy time. The plans, quoting, and organising to get the ball rolling all occured at the same time that I had to pack up my families belongings and get the house ready for sale. Culling, packing and entertaining my kiddies who were on holidays! As you can imagine, t...here were tons of moments I pulled out my hair and could have collapsed..but I didn't. We arrived to our brand new life and home the day before the refresh started. Its been an absolute whirlwind and my phone was literally plastered to my ear to the point I thought I would end up with a brain tumour! Well, everything has now passed. The business is up and trading after a 9 day shut down and we have been in our new home for 14 days. After all the stress, that chapter is now done and dusted. I feel happy, accomplished, proud, and so thankful for my team without who I couldn't have managed with out. I do feel sorry for my kids as they didnt get the holiday break they normally would, but teaching the importance of perserving, hard work and dedication is super important too!
08.01.2022 I got my hair done yesterday and I feel so good! I had a bit of a nightmare hair year in 2018 and frankly after spending lotsa $ and wasting soo much time sitting in the chair ( minimum app time is 3 hrs) I felt like shaving it off. I feel that so many hairdressers who are sevicing new clients simply don't take the time to sit and listen to a client to try and understand their needs as we all have different hair!... I felt like a broken record as I was very clear on the fact my hair throws a ton of warmth and they shouldn't use a semi that lifts, but rather deposits. My last app took 4.5 hrs and cost me $360. I had to come back within 48 hrs to get her to fix it as the semi she used turned orange!!! Thankfully the ladies I saw yesterday took the time. The time to listen, and not just dismiss my opinion and work with me and my hair! Happy days. Have you got a horror hair story??
06.01.2022 I have been eyeing this journal of for over 12 months and I am so glad I purchased it for my ten year old for Christmas. It's filled with easy to understand information a young person heading towards challenging times would find invaluable. Lots of info about how to think in a #positive way, set #affirmations #encouragement and #growth. The journal is available for tweens, 10+ and for younger children also.... We have been going through it #together and discussing each area and how its relevant to my first born. Its a special time together allowing us to bond. 10 out of 10! #biglifejournal @biglifejournal
02.01.2022 Wishing all the kiddies going back to school an easy and welcoming start to the new school year. My kids started last week-where are you based? If you don't have to go straight into the office, what will the first child free thing be that you do??
