24.01.2022 It is with great pleasure we can announce that the Riverstone Oasis Stage 2 has begun its civil works. Stage 1 is also currently lodged with the LPI and we hope to hear a resolution shortly.

23.01.2022 It doesnt look like much now, but this is South Street, in Schofields. That line of dirt just above it, is the widening of South Street, which will link up with the new upgrade to Schofields Road, currently under construction. 22.01.2022 Update: Blacktown Council have advised us that last week they signed off on the majority segment of the subdivision after a long and drawn out affair. We aim to push the council to ensure their word is kept and they push the subdivision to Land Titles for registration. On behalf of the development team, sales team, project managers, and legal team we would like to thank you for your patience and apologise for the ongoing delays, and we have done everything we can within our... power to speed up the process, as the development work was completed on schedule. We are thoroughly disappointed that other entities and external factors out of our teams control hampered the process and timing.
