22.01.2022 Exciting progress at the studio this weekend. Lots of work going on to create our amazing new space. Looking forward to announcing the opening date this week.

22.01.2022 As a result of today’s govt announcement, Unite Yoga will not be running classes in the studio from midday tomorrow. Our last class will be Monday morning 10:30am flow and yin. The studio will be closed after this class until further notice as per govt guidelines closing all non essential businesses. We are sad that this has happened and also feel that we all need to do our part protecting those who are vulnerable in these times. Keep an eye on our page for future announcements. 21.01.2022 Another beautiful Lake Mac and Newcastle sunset slipped away from the day across our panoramic windows. On the mats a dedicated group of yogis also let the day slide away with their beautiful presence and energy filling the room during Thursday Night Flow Class.

20.01.2022 It was good to hear the news that Yoga Studios are allowed to re-open in NSW from June 13th. Still a few things to sort out here at Unite Yoga so as yet we’re not able to confirm a date for the studio to re-open. We will keep you posted over the next week with more details and are looking forward to seeing you back on the mat soon.

20.01.2022 Another amazing yoga experience this evening with Dan Ingram guest teaching our Warm Flow class. We are excited to confirm that Dan is coming back for next Monday's 5:30pm Warm Flow Class. 20.01.2022 Unite Yoga Studio update regarding Covid-19 - Use of studio props including mats, blocks, bolsters and straps will be temporarily unavailable from Wednesday March 18th until further notice. - You will need to bring your own mat or you can buy one from the studio. - Bring your own props if you have them. ... - As per government guidelines we suggest approximately 1m space between students. - Teachers will only be performing verbal assisting at this time. - We will continue our increased hygiene practices around the studio. - Follow govt guidelines and recommendations. - And again please be mindful of others and open to the idea that each of us responds differently to change. - Please continue to wash hands and sanitize hands before class and straight after class and avoid touching others. 17.01.2022 Happy 2nd day of spring! Have you ever noticed how the changes in life we desire can take daily effort applied with care, patience and perseverance? And then there’s times when it can just happen if you let it be. This Orchid is more like the latter as it produces beautiful flowers every year that last for weeks, seemingly from nothing but air. ... Sure we give it a splash of water from time to time. But in contrast to most of our other plants, this one does best when we just let it be in the air we share.
