17.01.2022 Wangaratta Police are seeking assistance in relation to the shooting of a thoroughbred mare on a property in Springhurst. The incident occurred between 6pm on 1...3/11/19 and 3 pm on 14/11/19, when the mare was discovered with a bullet hole and large injury due to the exit wound on it right rear leg. At this time the mare is receiving veterinary care and is expected to survive. Any person with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Leading Senior Constable Kane at Wangaratta Police Station on 5723 0888.
