About the role: The Sales Consultant is responsible for designing and selling our unique, tailored shed kit product to customers within Tasmania using our specifically designed Fair Dinkum software The successful applicant will be responsible for: Handling inbound enquiries via phone and web bookings, leading prospects through our defined online shed de...sign and sales process, using our simple CAD-style software to draw up shed designs in line with the prospect's requirements, proactively supplying designs, quotes and any other information needed by the prospect, keeping your pipeline and customer data up-to-date in our internal CRM system, making the sale, meeting and exceeding sales targets in order to earn commissions. In return, we offer: Great earning potential with uncapped commissions, plentiful inbound appointments are generated for you (no cold calling or prospecting), full product, process and systems training, administration and logistical support so you can focus on selling, friendly team environment, unique and in-demand product. The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes: Good relationship-building skills and a passion for sales, an eye for detail while working in a fast-paced environment, a basic familiarity with computers, online tools and CRM systems, strong organisational skills to manage your calendar and sales pipeline, familiarity with sheds, building, home improvement industry is preferred but not essential, the ability to drive your own success, prior sales experience is essential. 04.01.2022 How It Works Here at The One Stop Shed Shop, we offer a complete package for getting your new shed done right, the first time. Don’t let this process overwhelm you we do most the work here and will keep you up to date every step of the way.... 1. 25% Deposit Paid + Drafting Documentation Fee A welcome pack including receipt will be sent out to you. 2. Drafting & Documentation (3-4 Weeks) This is time dependant on our Draftsman’s workload. 3. Planning Application (6 Weeks) Plans are finalised with our Draftsman and submitted to your local Council Planning Department for assessment. Time may be pushed out due to additional information being required by your local council. 4. Building Surveyor (3 Weeks) We engage a building surveyor if required. 5. Council Building and Plumbing (3 Weeks) Once out of Planning you may need Building and Plumbing Permits, this will be lodged with your local Council with any fees or Building and Plumbing Permits liable to you, the customer. 6. Kit Manufacture (4-8 Weeks) Manufacturing starts from when 75% payment is made to P&J Sheds. No changes can be made at this point. 7. Concreting Works Scheduled. Weather permitting. Payment due within 7 days of completion. 8. Installation Completed. Final Payment required. 9. Keys Handed Over Congratulations on your investment!
