24.01.2022 Time for another cricket coaching tip A few people have asked how I get my crickets to breed. The key is a good breeding medium which is moist and deep enough for egg laying. I use coconut fibre - natural, cheap, easy to come by and easy to store. Plus good for the garden when it's done.

12.01.2022 Dinner time at the cricket farm. The crickets have access to food all day, but for some reason a lot of eating seems to happen around 5.30 pm. I feed my crickets fruit and vegetables as well as organic oats and commercial gutload with added calcium and vitamin D. Zucchini is tonight's veg. I was surprised to see that the peel was the first thing to go in the 4 tubs with the largest crickets.
