23.01.2022 Slightly biased toward the artist here , but I must confess ... Redgum is not my thing and green is my favourite colour .. That being said , I was a little sooky when Jack showed me these today . Wild wood sourced here at Pine Grange , the family farm , and many hours spent lovingly giving it another purpose . They really are beautiful pieces. Proud Mother momentxx

18.01.2022 A little taste of "The Pantry Shelf" now stocked at The Kyalite Pub.. All the old favourites.. Poppy seed dressing, Fig paste, Onion jam, Nectarine chutney and of course the Marinated Mushrooms !! A few new kids on the block too Herb and spice rubs for your BBQ, Red chilli jam, Mint and apple sauce, and a seriously hot, yet delicious, Green chilli jam . Just in time for the long weekend Cheese board you were planning on. Reckon Jodie and Joel could hook you up with a nice wine or a few beers to go with it . Just saying !

17.01.2022 A new line of goodies to add to the "Pantry Shelf " arsenal. Super, seriously versatile, so I will add a few tips and ideas every now and then..... This evenings sachet was the Indian Curry Mix.. Perfect on a chicken breast and delicious on lamb Koftas or kebabs. Kicked a game winning goal tonight though when I marinated diced chicken in the spice mix and a tub of Greek yoghurt. Then added a small tin of tomatoes and a 1/4 cup of cream to make the best cheats Butter Chicken EVER ! ( My kids are going to love me for this one !!) Happy to arrange postage xxxxx

11.01.2022 Marinated Chicken breasts in Butter milk for a few hours, then rubbed with the Saltbush Spice blend ready to bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Very nice if I do say so myself !!!!
