21.01.2022 Dear Residents & Guests of The Vintage, Please be advised that the Stevens group have just been given notice by Cessnock city council today that they will be undertaking various road repairs to areas of vintage drive, claret ash drive and the intersection of mission drive on Tuesday the 29th of January. Council will have traffic control onsite during these works. Please expect minor delays and interruptions during these operations. We apologise for the late notice, as we just received this information.

17.01.2022 Yesterday, wooden trusses were delivered to The Vintage to be used in one of our upcoming buildings at The Pavilions! These gorgeous trusses were designed and built in 1959 on the Central Coast. Were excited to give new life to this structure, repurposing the old into the new!

08.01.2022 Update from our Project Team, for The Paviillions At The Vintage. A construction certificate (approval to commence) was issued in November and we have decided to commence works at the end of the holiday season. The first major works to be undertaken will involve heavy earthmoving equipment, that will create some noise and vibration, so we have decided to spare residents and guests any inconvenience in what for most people is a relaxing time of the year. Wishing you happy holidays and more updates will be coming in the New Year!

The inspections included the private residences of the Wilsons, Rouths & Teasdells, all who made a tremendous effort in representing The Vintage and all we have to offer here in the Hunter! The nominated area for the pile burning is within LOT DP 1202101 Vintage Development Land ( Stevens Group ) situated behind the Agronomy Maintenance Shed.
