He also had been fortunate to be joined on the links by current US Mid-Am Champion, Lukas Michel, and renowned golf course architect, Mike Clayton. Mike tells Erik all about the design of Peninsula Kingswood, and his vision to make the course stand out from the crowd in an area that is already home to some of the finest golf courses ...in the world, including Royal Melbourne and Kingston Heath. Lukas describes how his whole life has changed since winning the US Mid-Am, booking himself a place at this years US Open and of course, a tee time at The Masters. Peninsula Kingswood adds to the host of incredible courses in Australia and really shines through - it is easy to see why its already held in such high regard, despite being so young." 11.01.2022 As you all may have heard today from Premier Daniel Andrews, the easing of restrictions due to occur on Monday will not occur. So in that light, we would like to inform all Members that the current arrangements in the Clubhouse will remain the same. 20 persons per space with table service will continue. Some other changes will continue to be allowed, which include the serving of alcohol WITHOUT a meal from Monday. Tables will still be available to be booked, and those table...s with meals will be given priority in the clubhouse. The Gym will also open as well as the change rooms and showers. With that in mind, the showers in our locker rooms will now be opened from Monday. Breakfast will now be available from 3 July to accommodate our Winter Warmer guests staying in-house. We thank all members for their patience and understanding, as these regulations have been changing quickly. We also ask our members to continue to practice social distancing and good hand hygiene. Stay safe and happy golfing.
