18.01.2022 Special announcement.... As some of you may be aware I’ve been busy baking something extra special in the kitchen these past nine months and he’s finally here. So we’d like to share with you the newest addition to the Pickled Herring family. He arrived on the 20th of April at a very healthy 8 pounds - Elijah Sebastian Herring. ... We are totally smitten and busy enjoying this very special family time (amongst the sleep deprivation lol) but we look forward to seeing you all again in the not so distant future with all our delectable goodies

07.01.2022 Have you missed us....We have been slowly easing back into things with the summer heat still not behind us, but this week we will be at The Strand Night Markets from 5pm. We'll have dinner & donuts on offer, like our brisket Balls (pictured below). Think Mushroom & 3 Cheese Arancini topped with our slow braised Beef brisket, Chipotle Mayo and Housemade Texas BBQ Sauce...Delicious! Stay Tuned for this weeks donut menu.

07.01.2022 Don’t worry we’ll be back! We’ve had a few Enquiries as to when you can get your hands on some donuts so we thought we’d post an update - with all the covid restrictions in place, we’ve decided to close for April and May, but rest assure we are working on a plan and are hoping to be up and running in some capacity by June. We are also using this time to work on some delectable new flavours (they will be worth the wait we promise)! We’ll keep you posted once we have it all worked out, until then stay safe and we’ll see you all on the flip side
