15.01.2022 Tomorrow I will be handing my badge back and finishing up at Elders in Toowoomba. It will be time for a new adventure. Where that will begin I am not sure. I have suggested to a few friends that I may apply for the elf job at Myer which ends in outbursts of laughter . I thought I would be a great elf. Think I might stick to what I love and am passionate about - property management. You just never know which door will open when the old one closes. Here’s to new beginnings or an elf suit.

14.01.2022 1/12 Jean St - huge three bedroom unit in great street. Close to the university. This is far bigger then any unit I have seen. $280 per week.

10.01.2022 First up today - meth testing a property. Was interesting to see how the initial testing is done. The only time I want to see two lines on a test . Sadly I think there will come a time when this is a normal part of the vacate procedure.
