17.01.2022 The music industry has been on its knees in 2020. Loneliness, depression, low employment and health are starting to have an effect. We need a Music Social Club and we need one now. A talented group of people Gary Dunn, Alan Simpson Bob Maher, Mark Whitehouse, Jacquie Kelly and Ali Ottes have been negotiating with the Inglewood Bowling Club. We invite all musicians, stage crews and agents to come along to hear what we have arranged. Starts at 6.00pm Wednesday 2nd of December sausage sizzle and a fully stocked bar Spread the word, share, share, share. Big numbers please.... Make the effort... and RSVP.

14.01.2022 The Hottest ticket in town for the Melbourne Cup was the Point Bar and Grill in East Perth. Overlooks the Swan River and as a venue this place is A 5 Star. The ...staff were brilliant through out the day all dressed as jockeys, the food was UNBELIEVABLE (no party pies or chips here) these guys had everything on offer. The 80s pub Band Legends consisting of.. Gary Dunn, Ian Falk, Steven Essex, Pete Borg, Lance Karapetcoff, Tim Alwynne-Count, Jamie Mercanti, Greg Keamy, Alan Simpson Richard Roberts and Di Watkins rocked the room, and what a room it is.Beautifully carpeted, air conditioned with fantastic lighting all over looking the Swan River. You can sit inside or outside, upstairs or down stairs an incredible venue Perth should be proud of. Even The Metro Buses pull up out the front. Well done Annette Irvine, Neil Irvine and the host with the most Blake Willy Simpson. Watch out for the New Years Eve Party. BRILLIANT place. See more

09.01.2022 This years Christmas drinks for the Musos Club will be held at the Manning Hotel on Monday 2nd of December. (Originally it was going to be held at the Oxford o...n Tuesday the 3rd but that is now cancelled due to a private function). Monday the 2nd will actually work out better as its more central, more parking and they will have a band playing. Get there from 6pm onwards, its free entry and will finish by 10pm. Please tell everyone in the industry you know of this event I think its important for our once might music Industry to keep in touch and never forget what was achieved.
