23.01.2022 Flu season is upon us! And I’ve gotten a head cold already! But with the use of some of these amazing oils I’m on the mend and haven’t gotten and worse! ... In my diffuser in family area throughout the day I’ve had onguard going Of a night in the diffuser to help with breathing and sleeping (without a blocked nose) I’ve had easy air going all night And I’ve been using all these ready made rollers as well.. Onguard along my spine and around my lymph nodes on neck for my sore throat.. Breath easy (easy air and white fir mix) on my chest to help me breath Digestzen along bridge of my nose and around my belly button for my sinus relief (only just tried this after reading it somewhere and WOW it works!) Immune Bomb (mix of 10x Onguard, 10x lemon, 2x tea tree, 5x oregano, 5x Frank topped FCO 10ml roller) soles of feet and big toe at least 3 times a day.. 03.01.2022 Kids and oils... Lachlan said to me Mum can I make my own roller to help me calm down and call it super juice? I said yeh mate of course you can great idea! So I let him smell all the oils (I picked out the ones best for this or that smell amazing that I knew he’d like) And this is what he picked from like 15 different oils.. ... Balance - calming and grounding oil Console - feels like a big warm hug and comfort Whisper - gorgeous smelling oil usually used as a perfume (smells like musk stick lollies) Wild orange - supports a positive mood (And I popped a drop of Frankincense in it too to boost the mix) He made the roller all by himself 5 x drops each of the console, whisper & balance 3x drops wild orange 1x drop frank Topped with FCO Straight away he smelt it said it smelt amazing and yummy Mum where do I roll it?
