07.01.2022 Welcome to The Rabbit Studio THE RABBIT STUDIOSATURDAY, 15 JUNE 2019 The Rabbit Studio is a sacred space to share a unique and memorable time with friends - Allow me to take you on the journey of the Japanese tradition of Chado (Tea) Hello, I am Geeta Harmon, ... I believe - Happiness can be as simple as sharing a cup of tea. My love of tea, its history and how it can be bought into our lives to serve as a way to connect with self and others came about after a serendipitous introduction to Chado ( The Way of Tea) seven years ago. Being in a time of transition this chance introduction was a blessing. I new at that moment to study The Sacred Way of Tea and offer it to others was the next path for my life. Having come from a background in yoga, massage and energy work I hold a deep interest in people and their journeys. Stillness and holding a sacred space for others has been at the root of my healing work and now with the path of Chado. I invite you to come an experience the spiritual way of tea which is a mindfulness practice. In a fast paced world where often our relationships with friends and family may be hurried and snatched over a coffee in a cafe, I want to bring back the humble teacup. In my youth, visitors would always be invited in for tea, the table was set with a tablecloth and the teapot was big and full. Nothing seemed hurried and conversations could unfold gently over numerous hot amber liquid. This is a far away world from the noisy cafes, where conversation generally remain on the surface. Attending a Tea Ceremony at my tranquil bespoke studio, you will experience a ritual which will enhance inner harmony and nourish a deeper connection with friends. I look forward to sharing my love and knowledge of the Sacred Way of Tea with you. Geeta x See more
