We are going to miss our Graduates but what an honour to make these memories together before their begin the next stage of their education journey

20.01.2022 Over 2 years ago we found our beautiful elephant Bob by the side of the road and decided to bring him home to live with us at Rainbow Minto. He has sat in our courtyard entranceway ever since, greeting everyone who comes through our doors, still making us smile and peacefully watching the world go by. We love Bob, hes part of the family. He must have put the word out that Rainbow is a great place to live, because today we met his friend Camile the camel. She was... waiting patiently by the side of the road, for us to find her, just like Bob, so many years ago. She will be warmly welcomed to her new home and new family at Rainbow Jostelin. What a find! One mans trash is still another mans treasure.... (English Proverb)

20.01.2022 So many exciting things happening at Rainbow lately... Rainbow Jostelin set free their beautiful butterfly friends. Having the opportunity to see them emerge from their chrysalis a few weeks ago, watch them grow and then witness them spread their wings and soar towards the sky has been an honour.... Our schoolies completed their 1000 piece puzzle, what a team effort and such a great achievement. and Whitney and Britney, the chickens have joined the Rainbow Minto family. We have all fallen instantly in love!

16.01.2022 This week we have been learning how to take care of our teeth for Dental Health Week. This campaign aims to educate Australians about the importance of maintaining good oral health by promoting four key messages: Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.... Clean between your teeth daily using floss or interdental brushes. Eat a healthy, balanced diet and limit sugar intake. Visit the dentist regularly for check-ups and preventive care. Loving the cute colouring page... such a great way to encourage kiddos to care for their pearly whites-print it out for some colouring fun at home

16.01.2022 Its almost Fathers Day, so today we decided to hold a surprise raffle in honour of the occasion. We put the names of all of our kiddos in a gorgeous golden vase and had one of our sweet bubbas choose three names at random. So much fun... who doesnt love a surprise raffle?! ... 16.01.2022 An exciting delivery of new furniture and resources arrived at Rainbow today... felt just like it was Christmas!! Even our littlest bubbas jumped in to help us put it all together. Not surprisingly, the boxes were just as popular as the new toys!

13.01.2022 Our girls Whitney and Britney are soooo similar its hard for us to tell them apart. Their new coloured leg bands will certainly help us with this. We decided the girls should get to choose the colour of the band they wanted to wear. Whitney was very decisive and made her choice straight away, blue it was...check her out in the video, she was so quick you may have to watch a few times to catch it!! Britney was way more interested in exploring the yard than choosing her band, but she seemed very happy with the kids choice of white!

We have just had our COVID Safe Business Plan recognised and registered with the NSW Government. Thank you to every single staff member who works at Rainbow for your continued effort in keeping Rainbow safe.

05.01.2022 Today at 11:00am we joined over 1 million kids, in schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, and online, for National Simultaneous Storytime. The book this year was the bright and sparkly, Whitney and Britney Chicken Divas by Lucinda Gifford. For this event a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author is read simultaneously across the country. It is a colourful, vibrant, fun event that aims to promote the value of reading and literacy.
