10.01.2022 A deal on an accommodation website might look good, until you find out that to accommodate your family the deal will end up costing you a fortune. Well, at The Retreat, big doesn’t necessarily equal expensive. Our Two Bedroom French Provincial Apartment offers king and queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area with gas log fire and more, with a price tag of $260 per night for 2 people or $380 for 4, including a bottle of sparkling and provisions for a cooked breakfast. 07.01.2022 While it’s officially Autumn, it will be a few more weeks before the foliage of deciduous trees, shrubs and climbing plants begin their blaze of colour in the Adelaide Hills. However, it’s certainly a good time to plan a trip to the Adelaide Hills to view the spectacular sight. Book your accommodation now at The Retreat. We’re ideally located near the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens, one of the best places to see Autumn’s full glory!

03.01.2022 If you think a classic Pontiac runs rings around a new SUV, then the Power of the Past is an event not to be missed. As well as classic cars, the event, now in its 35th year, will feature tractors, trucks, motorcycles and more from yesteryear. It’s one of the largest shows of its type in South Australia. Craft, food stalls and children’s activities are also featured. The event will take place on 7th and 8th March between 9am and 5pm in Mount Barker.
