25.01.2022 Church meetings at the Salvos are focussed on celebrating life with Jesus as a community. We share stories of how our lives are impacted by God, read Scripture together and sing songs of praise, reflection and worship. There is always hope to be found. This video is the final message in our series on the Biblical teaching found through general letters in the New Testament. Captain Scott speaks on Jude, with a song and prayer to follow. We hope you are blessed by this section of our meeting and know you are always welcome to come through and meet with us.

25.01.2022 Wherever there are people; there are needs. We can all help build a healthy community by serving each other with kindness. Captain Scott will speak on this in today’s church meeting and the kids will explore this in Sunday kids. If you want to know more about why Salvos think serving is so good, and/or you want to come and spend time with God, then we hope to welcome you with us this morning. 10am Church meeting, Sunday kids available too. 45 Lakes Rd, Greenfields

22.01.2022 Do you like getting personal letters? Most people do, but they arent as common any more as they used to be. Todays church service was focussed on the Second Letter from Peter to the early church. A letter encouraging Christian followers to build on their faith with the many good things which God gives. Pastor Barry Austin talks about this in his message Letters, Lists, Love. Which is shared after a few songs of worship. You can watch this meeting FROM 6.30 this evening through this link to our YouTube Channel. https://youtu.be/98yhaE1cGi4

22.01.2022 Who can you trust? Knowing who to trust is so important and has a big impact on our quality of life. Christians are people who have found that they can put their trust in Jesus, an action which is called faith. Just like trust takes time to grow, so too does faith. This talk was part of our meeting last Sunday and helps to explain why and how a Christian can grow in their faith in Jesus, which we belief is key key area of living a full and wonderful life. If your would like to connect more with us please comment below, message or pop in. The link to our church online group can also be found in the comments below if you would like to connect with others while growing your faith. May God bless you.

Please note all ages will stay together again this week while Captain Scott continues to recover. It would be helpful to message if you are bringing kids along so we can be... sure to have an activity bag set for them. God bless you! - Captain Leah See more

16.01.2022 Life with young children can be many things - fun, delightful, stressful, confusing, wonderful, lonely, busy - the list goes on...yet these early days are such precious days. Making memories with the little ones in your care is something you can hold on to forever. Our mainly music (mm) program will not be starting up again this year, however the team care greatly for the mm families and want to keep supporting young families in our community. If you are a young family and... would like to connect further, then please send us a message so we can chat about how best to come alongside and support you. We encourage healthy relationships and are wanting to find suitable ways to connect together. This video was created by some of our mainly music team to bring some rhymes, stories and melodies in to your homes. We hope you enjoy making new memories together.

16.01.2022 Who played hide and seek today? We did! This mornings Sunday Kids session had some great hiding skills, but we found everyone in the end. These Lolly Jars were then made, with family members being placed in them as Chicos to remember we are always surrounded by our Heavenly Fathers Big Love. Even in the dark!... We hope the Sunday Kids families have enjoyed their day and shared these Jars together. You have a Father in Heaven who loves you. God bless you!

16.01.2022 Teddy Bears have brought comfort, friendship and adventure to humans for many generations, but did you know how and when they were first created? In 1902 American President Theodore Roosevelt refused to shoot a bear cub while he was out hunting. This became well-known and the invention of the Teddy Bear followed. (Link to the full story in the comments). When you next see a Teddy Bear, we hope you remember that innocence should be protected. Lets refuse to hurt others and i...nstead, choose to stand out for the kindness we show to our world and each other. For anyone looking for comfort, grab a Teddy Bear and have a hug, but also know that the Lord God declares, I, even I, am he who comforts you. (Isaiah 51:12) Gods comfort is here; God bless you. Feel free to leave a pic of your Teddy below. Happy Teddy Bear Day! #TeddyBearDay #LiveLoveFight

14.01.2022 When people decide to know and follow Jesus this should start to be seen in our thought patterns and behaviours. This service begins with a song of worship and includes a message where Captain Scott unpacks what Peter wrote about in his first letter to the early Church. Salvation People are people who live with an assurance of our place in Gods Kingdom because of who Jesus was and what Jesus did. Everyone can have this assurance and everyone will benefit from learning more about Jesus. God bless you as you watch this service and please contact us if you want to be further involved in any way. #MandurahSalvos #LiveLoveFight
