23.01.2022 Looking for help. We are undertaking some shop renovations in the New Year. Some changes here and there and really could do with some trades help. If you are willing or know anyone that may be able to spare a few hours here and there in late Jan early Feb to remove some walls and put up some slat wall we would love to hear from you.... Would think it is probably 5 - 6 hours work at most but we aren't very good at this stuff. If you would like to volunteer some time we would your help.

19.01.2022 ** BIG NEWS ** BIG NEWS ** BIG NEWS ** Our awesome manager has decided on a new path. Ange we will miss you dearly. We know you will be amazing with what you are doing and thanks for all you have done for The Salvation Army in Hamilton. This however creates an opportunity for a manager position at our shop. Also coinciding with a bit of a makeover.... So if you have always dreamed about running an Op Shop or need a bit of a career change, this could be for you. Have a look and push apply if compelled, we look forward to receiving your application.

09.01.2022 The Thrift Shop will close 12 Noon Dec 24th and Re-open Tuesday Jan 5th 2021. Our meals are still available at the Church 89 Kennedy Street on a Wednesday. We ask you to please hold your donations now until we return in the New Year. Our Volunteers are all having a very well earned rest from this challenging and unusual year.

01.01.2022 The Thrift Shop will now be closed until further notice for some very exciting shop renovations. Sorry for any inconvenience. We can still accept donations at our Church, 89 Kennedy Street Wednesdays 2pm until 4pm and ... Saturdays between 10am and 1.00pm. Our takeaway lunch is still available on a Wednesday at the Church also. All other Emergency Assistance will continue as normal
