22.01.2022 The end of our 17th Year! Lots of big projects accomplished in 2014. A few big projects in the new year, the building exterior is being painted, and a new fire alarm system will be installed.

07.01.2022 Major works on this weekend. Ongoing emptying and repairs to the external garden beds, and replacement of two faulty valves on the buildings fire hydrant supply line. The main from town water had to be frozen with liquid nitrogen so the valves could be replaced.

01.01.2022 AGL installed our new "Power factor converter" last weekend. We should start saving more on power now. We have also decided to go total LED lighting in the common areas again reducing energy costs.
