19.01.2022 Dear Customers COVID 19 UPDATE: IMPORTANT NOTICE We are awaiting further information in the coming hours in regards to whether or not the Pet Grooming Industry is classified as an essential service in the eyes of the government. If the case arises that we are NOT deemed an essential service The Scrub Tub and all other groomers in NSW May have to shut down as of Tuesday 24th of March 2020. Please be aware that this may mean we have to cease trading in the near future as per ...NSW and Federal Government rules. 16.01.2022 Good morning everyone, Robert & I are continuing to provide our services until further direction. We value our clients health and well being above all else . We would like to request that clients who are experiencing a cough, runny nose, sore throat or fever - to please contact us prier to your booking. The world health organisation (WHO) have recently advised that there is no evidence indicating companion animals can contract the COVID-19 virus . An early positive test of ...a dog in Hong Kong resulted in a negative second test, so whilst animal owners should always practice good hygiene there is no current cause for concern. We hope this virus is gone as quickly as it arrived and hope our clients remain healthy and happy during this developing situation. We also request to be paid by electronic transactions where possible, our banking details are on our invoices. If you are not able to do so and have cash we have made provisions for that also. Thank you for your support during these difficult times.
