19.01.2022 It's imperative to ascertain the 24 hour pattern of a presentation. Tendonopathies can be a symptom of something potentially more serious.

14.01.2022 How many of you second visitors feel overwhelmed about exercise selection?? We all know the great evidence is there for exercise ( or at l east I hope we do) But when do you choose stretching vs strengthening? When is cardio more important than strength? When is specific stability required more than global control? Does it need to be long or strong or long and strong or short and strong? Less or more sarcomers in series or more and what type? Eccentric or concentric or stati...c??..... overwhelmed? ! Your probably not alone. Who struggles with this? Would a course in clinical reasoning for exercises prescription be helpful to you?

03.01.2022 I am seeing absolute confusion by young physios when to apply manual therapy, when to use pain education etc. It's scary to be honest. I strongly believe a lot of the reason young physios don't use manual therapy is they lack the skill and so don't get results. What makes them feel better are the manual therapy haters who are often very vocal in social media who tells them it doesn't work because it's ineffective. Which is rubbish. I am proposing and looking for interest... for The Second Visit to run a manual therapy course for spinal and peripheral joints. It would contain not only the techniques but how to choose them using clinical reasoning. Also the scientific basis for manual therapy. And how to integrate it into broader care. Do you think a course like this would be of interest.
