21.01.2022 Hey Shredders, I will send out a new timetable tomorrow but it is as follows- Monday, Wednesday and Friday arvos at 5pm, and Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 645am. Each session we will Meet at the boat ramp. They will go for 45minutes and are $15ea session. Please let us know if you would like to attend these sessions as we can only take 10. Pt sessions are still available in the afternoons- tues after 4 and Thursday after 4 as well as Saturday mornings until Saturday sport starts again. If you would like anymore information, please let us know. A special thanks for the support during this time and those Shredders who attended the Zoom sessions. We look forward to seeing you during your next session.

20.01.2022 Hi everyone, we are offering pt sessions on Wednesday and Thursday arvos as well as Saturday morning this week. Still half our sessions for $20 down at the river. From next week, we will be running our group sessions again outdoors - upto 9 in a session. However, pt sessions will still be available. More information towards the end of the week. Let Me know if you would like a time slot this week.

14.01.2022 Hi everyone, well after long discussions CJ and I have decided to ensure the safety of our family (especially the baby and CJ’s dad who are both within the high risk categories) that we are going to make our sessions online. We are going to use the app ZOOM to broadcast our session. If you would like to join the session, please download ZOOM, and let us know before 4pm tomorrow so we can tell you what equipment (basic household stuff) you are going to need. The session is sti...ll $10 and once you have let us know if you would like to join the session, we will send a text to you about 10-15minutes prior to the session with a link for you to click on to join. It will still go for 45mins and will be the same high intensity training that you are used to...just this time it’s within the comfort of your own home. If you would like to test that ur app works, let me know and we can do some individual tests together. It’s crazy that it has come to this, but I guess this way will ensure you guys are fitter and healthier for longer. See more

12.01.2022 Hi Shredders, first class back is tomorrow night at 530pm with HIIT. There will be hand sanitiser available to use prior to beginning the class. Please bring your sweat towels and own water bottles. We look forward to seeing you all there! Timetable tomorrow available morning.

10.01.2022 Hi Shredders, we are offering some one-on-one face to face personal training sessions. They will be 30mins in length and cost $20 and will be held down at the river beginning at 730am on Saturday mornings. If you would like to book a spot and get back into your fitness whilst we maintain our social distancing rules, we would love to help you start your weekend and get out of this isolation rut. Data has just come out saying most Australians are putting on atleast 10kg during this time...don’t be a statistic. Book your time slot with us and get your health and fitness back on track.

07.01.2022 Awesome news everyone! Our singlets and shirts HAVE ARRIVED!!! Some of you have already pre ordered but if you haven’t, they are $25 each. Of the blue and pink singlets (women’s) we have 3x 10,12,14,16. Of the grey shirts- 5 Large, singlets are 2 XXL, 2 3XL. Let me know if you would like to purchase some.
