25.01.2022 A big heartfelt thank you to everyone that volunteered and cheered for the RSPC Cupcake Day at The Soul Pantry! We've had a lovely afternoon and raised funds to a very important cause. Despite the bad weather we've were overwhelmed with the response. Thank you for all the friends that donate from afar and to the pups for all the cuddles and mischief! To create the space for deep connection and conversation to reflect on the lessons and insights of the last few months, as well as creating clarity for life moving forward. (We will also be doing a little guided breath + visualisation!) To leave feeling clear, connected and inspired to take action. To drown out the external noise and come back to your truth, yourself and COMMUNITY. Your ticket INCLUDES breakfast + a coffee. #winwin This will be an intimate breakfast (particularly with some restrictions still in place!) so you have plenty of access to me 1:1 to ask questions hot seat coaching style.
