Come down and check out the cafe, grab a coffee, watch some of the strongman do their training, do a workout yourself or just come down and grab a burger from @lanceskitchenco who will be set up 9am. @keg.on.legs from @atomicmassequipment will be doing a Ute pull at 10am to prepare for his up coming comp at @cocos_gym .
