14.01.2022 Time to meet the cast and crew of The Surrogate. Haris Fazlic is the Associate Producer & 2nd Assistant Director on The Surrogate. Haris provided amazing production support in many crucial behind the scenes areas including generators, gazebos for hot or cold wet weather and production meeting space. During production he set up lights, wrangling extras, moved equipment and made sure everyone received their call sheets.... He also introduced Ellie Stewart to the production who played Ava...and the rest is history! Every production needs a Haris who is willing to jump in and assist at any point on any role with a great spirit and good humour. Photos by Andy Railton
04.01.2022 Time to meet the cast and crew of The Surrogate. Actress Alice Chaston has jumped to the other side of the camera to be the Co Producer of The Surrogate! As the only producer not on set during production Alice was charged with making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. ... Alice's responsibilities included securing key locations, one being a hospital, no small feet in a time of wide spread panic, sourcing and suggesting cast for auditions and the most tedious part of producing -Contracts! When things hit the fan it was Alice's job to find solution quickly, she saved the production on a few occasions and showed she's equally skilled in front and behind the camera.
