24.01.2022 A Sunday Well Spent: Blue Pancakes For Dad. Here's what you'll need: 250ml milk 1+1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar... 1/2 tbsp vanilla 50g organic coconut sugar 200g flour 10g baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 2+1/2 tbsp blue spirulina powder 2 tbsp coconut oil And here's what to do: In a small bowl mix milk, vinegar and vanilla. Whisk and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, spirulina, baking powder and baking soda. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk to combine everything. Add in the coconut oil and mix just to incorporate it. Heat up a non-stick pan and start cooking your pancakes for about 1-2 minutes per side (keep the heat on low as spirulina is sensitive to heat).
