25.01.2022 We are absolutely thrilled that The Terraces Paddington project won the 2019 Urban Developers Industry Excellence Award for Development of the Year Retirement, Aged Care and Seniors Living. The project is the largest single building development ever undertaken by the Presbyterian Church in NSW. At a cost of around $150 million, it represents a significant investment in the future of aged care services in this area. Were delighted that it has now been recognised as one of ...the flagship aged care developments in Australia. Congratulations to our CEO Paul Sadler and all the PAC staff who worked on this project including Bruce Christian, the PAC Committee and John Ishak. And a big thanks also to the architects - Denis Rabinowitz and the Cottee Parker/JPRA team, Calder Flower - the residential care architect and Coneybeare Morrison - the heritage architect. Congratulations also to Gilmore Interior Design for the stunning interior design and the team at Multiplex - David Ghannoum (Multiplexs Regional Managing Director), Raymond Yeo, Natalie Borozan and Adam Stante who helped make the project a reality.

25.01.2022 Year 1 and 2 students at Glenmore Road Public School are helping with work safety. They recently participated in a Work Health and Safety poster competition and their posters have been placed around the Terraces construction site!
