21.01.2022 New season , new gate . This clients old gate was sagging and in need of some serious tlc. Unfortunately this gate was not a standard off the shelf size. We built and installed a new gate built from some sturdy materials and installed a locking latch and pre tensioned heavy duty hinges. All finished off in gloss white.

16.01.2022 ** Flat Rate Roof Inspections ** With winter upon us , we are doing flat rate roof inspections. Last winter i had an influx of clients with leaking roofs which by the time they knew there was an issue it was too late and subsequent internal ceiling and wall damage was already present. ... That being said , preventative maintenance is always a more economical way to go. Our flat rate roof inspection rate is $150 for single storey properties upto to 4 bedrooms in size. Anything above this in size is quoted as per the property This includes minor repairs to cracked tiles using a polyurethane product to seal minor issues. This also includes a visual inspection of gutters and downpipe entries Dependant on gutter condition, the cleaning of gutter can be quoted after inspection. If tiles are required to be replaced this is only included if you have spare tiles available at your property. If you do not have any tiles at your property we can arrange tiles at your cost and return for a small fee to replace. The To-Do List
