09.01.2022 Well, what a fantastic 6 months we have had since starting our shuttle service! Toowoomba's cheapest way to get to and from Wellcamp Airport has been well received and we are going from strength to strength! We added Highfields, Kleinton and Meringandan services in January and also added on a private luxury car & driver service for the execs/business people which has been the same if no less than the taxis but with a large luxury car. In June we overhauled our website and add...ed a new user-friendly reservation system that is working really well, and we increased our private car and driver services and small charter minibus services to include Brisbane and other destinations outside of Toowoomba. We've also moved to a reservation only booking system which means we will be present only at the Airport if booked and only for pre-booked customers. Unfortunately, we end the financial year with some bad news - as of the 1st of July 2019, the price of a shuttle bus ride will rise for all bookings: Seniors Card concession - $31.00 online, $33.00 by phone Single child/student - $27.50 online, $29.50 by phone Single adult 4350 postcode - $33.00 online, $36.00 by phone Single adult 4352 postcode - $36.00 online, $39.50 by phone Adult couple to same pickup/drop-off - $50.00 online, $55.00 by phone. Family/Group 1-4 - to/from 4350 - $50.00 online, $55.00 by phone Family/Group 1-4 - to/from 4352 - $60.00 online, $65.00 by phone. Family/Group up to 6 - to/from 4350 - $70.00 online, $75.00 by phone Family/Group up to 6 - to/from 4352 - $80.00 online, $85.00 by phone. The increases are small and in line with the instability of fuel prices. We are also charged more for manual card transactions over the phone which is the price to pay for cheaper banking/payment overheads for our small home-based business. On the plus side, we will be updating our vehicles in the new financial year, so stay tuned for the new wheels!
