25.01.2022 Hallo everyone, We have some nice quality wine on Tap that we will be happy to pass on to anyone interested for $14.99 a bottle. Just bring in an empty and clean bottle and we will fill it for you straight from the keg!! We can do any refills between 12-2.30 and 6-9pm in conjunction with the opening hours of our kitchen. So don’t forget, takeaway meals are available during those times for pickup or delivery ($5 in a 5km radius of Uralla), by calling 6778 4110 or 0431 1...76 023! ..... Katie also has on this week a Roasted Potato and Carrot Soup served with a Cheesy Bread Roll and topped with Sour Cream $15.50 and the Grilled Fresh Mahi Mahi served with a Carrot and Potato Rosti Spinach, steamed Broccolini and a roasted Red Pepper and Cream Sauce $32.00 And ...... we still have our Chicken Ciabatta and Scotch Ciabatta available lunchtimes only Monday to Friday for $10!! 23.01.2022 Hallo Everyone, As we gear up for our first Mothers Day this Sunday without the restaurant in full operation, we have decided to make a start this Sunday from 9.30am for orders, pickups and deliveries. But you can also call any time this week to preorder and organise your Mothers Day lunch or dinner to lock in the time that you require. We thought we’d offer this option to save on congestion of phone calls on the day and to make sure that the preorders can be up and ready... for your pick up and or delivery. Fresh up from Coffs Harbour our fish special is....... Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi with Rough Crispy Potatoes, Asparagus, Roasted Tomatoes and a Lemon Dill Sauce - $32.00 and to add aswell........ Grilled Tender Beef Pieces with Thai Satay Sauce served with Jasmine Rice and Steamed Vegetables - $26.00 We are now open for takeaway meals for pick up at the bottlo or delivery ($5 in a 5km radius of Uralla) with our new times of 12-2.30pm for lunch and 5.30-9pm for dinner 7 days/nights a week! 19.01.2022 Hallo Everyone, Just letting you all know that the TOP PUB is definitely open for takeaway meals tomorrow and tomorrow night - Good Friday. Although our Bottlo is closed for the day, all orders can be collected from the main entrance at the FUNKLUSH which is located at the rear of the Hotel just before you reach the Bottlo. Or if you’d prefer, for a $5 fee, the Great Charlie Chan will whip around town to take your meals straight to your door within a 5km radius of Uralla. Al...cohol may also be purchased but only when you place an order for a meal. We know, we know, but that’s just the law!! And anyone wanting deliveries that require alcohol will have to produce ID that matches the credit card payment made over the phone. We’re open as usual from 12-2.30pm and 6-9.00pm And along with our menu, we will have a fresh seafood special to tempt you....... 15.01.2022 Hallo Everyone, As you already know, we now have the back restaurant in operation for 10 people at any one time. You can make a booking on 6778 4110 and Maddy, Ruby, Chrissie and Jaynie will be on hand to help you with times and availability. The Back Restaurant will run in conjunction with our takeaway and Delivery service times of 11.30am-2.30pm for lunch and 5-30pm-9pm for dinner. Takeaway and deliveries will be still running as per normal and of course the Willmont ...Restaurant is also available for a Degustation or High Tea booking of 10 people. Should the Willmont Restaurant be booked then unfortunately for that time only, the restaurant down stairs will close due to the 10 people rule. Good news however which came in over the last day or so, is that this will all change from 1st June when we will be allowed to have up to 50 people at our Hotel at any one time. There will of course be some rules and restrictions in place for this time and we will keep you alI informed as updates are forwarded to us via the AHA and the NSW Goverment. It’s been a very different 6 or 7 weeks here at the TOP, but we want to say a massive thank you to you all for supporting us at this time aswell as all your words of encouragement. You guys have made a tough time a little easier and with out you all, the TOP doesn’t exist. It’s been great to see you all calling in with a joke and a smile, and again, the support and courtesy from all is probably why the hospitality industry is getting a solid chance of moving forward. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone, Well, we are now open for 10 people at any one time!! Starting today, Saturday 16th May our back room at the rear of the Pub will now be open for diners and entry to that room can be found behind the Hotel near the bottle shop. At this stage, we can only serve drinks to diners along with all the social distancing and sanitary regulation rules set in place. We will be open for lunch from 11.30am - 2.30pm and again for dinner from 5.30pm - 9pm, seven days a wee...k. You can also make a booking on 6778 4110 but due to the small numbers of people allowed in to the pub, we can only offer booking slots of 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2pm at lunch and 5.30pm, 6.30pm & 8.00pm for dinner. In the meantime, anyone walking in can dine provided we maintain the 10 person at any one time rules. We know it’s all a bit awkward at this time but hopefully soon, everything will be back to normal! Also, the WILLMONT RESTAURANT upstairs will be available everyday for lunch and dinner for a group of 10! For those looking for a High Tea experience, long lunch or a long dinner, the WILLMONT RESTAURANT will definitely offer something different for you! For a 7 course degustation with a glass of champagne on arrival ($95/head), 7 course degustation with matching wine ($155/head) or a High Tea with a glass of champagne arrival ($75/head ), Charlie and Mai will give you a fine dining day or night out that you will not forget! Your support and understanding of all the new rules and restrictions has been so wonderful and everyone at the TOP is so very grateful. The WILLMONT RESTAURANT has hosted functions and albeit with restricted numbers, it’s been great to see people out for lunch and dinner at the Pub! Again, without your support, this definitely wouldn’t have been possible!! So thank you ...thank you! This Sunday 6th September, is of course FATHER’s Day. Due to restrictions and the nature of the day , we will be open at 11am for Lunch and 5pm for Dinner. We will have sittings at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm for Lunch and 5pm, 6.30pm and 8pm for Dinner. Be sure to book on 6778 4110 for us to allocate a time that best suits you. Takeaways and Deliveries (in a 5km radius of Uralla) is of course ongoing, so if that’s suits better, again call us on the above number or 0431 176 023 and we will have your meals ready for collection at the Bottlo Drive Thru or Charlie Chan will be in his car racing to your door! This is a recommendation from the National Health Authorities and a requirement of Law by the NSW Government. Ignoring this advice places the Top Pub, our staff, you, other patrons and the whole hospitality Industry at risk of fines and closure. To be clear, eg, - 10 Adults and 1 Child IS NOT permitted - 7 Adults at one table and 4 Adults or Children at another table IS NOT permitted. ( Wether you are at 1 table or 2 tables, by Law you are deemed as one group mingling and socialising with one another and therefore if numbers exceed 10, your are in breach of NSW Health recommendations and the Law). - Also, the other Law to be mindful of is, other than getting up to use facilities at the Hotel, patrons must remain seated at all times. 04.01.2022 Hi Guys, Thank you all so much for all your support over the last couple of months. It’s been unbelievable, humbling and really special to see our awesome little town stick together when things got kind of weird. We are all very lucky and privileged to be part of this superb town of Uralla. And with some great news announced this week, we are now allowed to reopen on Monday 1st June. There will still be some restrictions and social distancing to be aware of, but togeth...er we will adapt to the new standards set by the government and with responsible actions we will all move forward to a step closer to normality!! Deliverys and Takeaways will still be part of the service at the Top but we are really looking forward to taking care of you on premise aswell. Social distancing will make bookings a little tricky on the busy nights, but we are committed to making everything work as best we can until we can get back to normal when all restrictions are lifted. 01.01.2022 Very sad to hear of the passing of the grand gentleman Tommy Hine. A truly great man who lived a full, long and interesting life. From a generation that embodied the school of hard knocks attitude, he lived his life hard but fair, but he also had the softest heart that touched and influenced all of us at the TOP, from management to the very youngest of staff members. His many great stories of life had us all captivated and his presence at the front bar rubbed off on us all. H...is wonderful huge and close nit family is a testament to a great man, who at the head of a great family, was simply, well respected and loved by anyone and everyone who knew him. We will all miss you very very much! Our thoughts are with the wonderful Hine family who have been such a large part of the TOP PUB for such a long long time. RIP TOMMY HINE - with all our love from everyone at the TOP! See more
