18.01.2022 Saturday's weather wasn't the best for our Family Fun Fish day , so we had a much needed working bee at the Clubrooms in Pirates Bay . A big thank you to the Committee boys who attended , as well as a big thank you to Club Members Marc Lagerewskij and David Hawkins and his boys Zane and Cameron for getting in and lending a hand . 16.01.2022 Right'o, the weather is looking mint for Saturday and the Port Arthur General Store and Takeaway Rally No 1 of 2021. Fishing time starts 0700 finishes 1600, log on to Tuna Base from 0700 on VHF channel 73 or via VHF channel 81 Cape Raoul repeater if in the southern end of the grid Tasman Island area. Hourly skeds at approximately 10 minutes past each hour till closed. Weigh station and clubhouse open 1500 approximately with BBQ and refreshments available. Don't miss what is shaping up to be a magnificent day with Albacore SBT and Mako on the chew and bottom fish about as well.

15.01.2022 The MYCT are a fantastic support to the Tuna Club of Tasmania and it is where we hold our annual dinner and trophy presentation night. Always a great well catered event. Our monthly committee meetings are also kindly hosted there. A great venue with top staff. Thx MYCT. Highly recommend.
