We love looking after all our guests and ensuring you enjoy our Urban Reserve experience as much as we love to host you. We want to ensure that you don’t miss out so here are a few top tips about our venue:... * Please make your booking online (link in bio) we do not accept bookings by email or DM * At this stage the maximum group size is 10 due to government restrictions * When you make your booking, groups of 8 or more will need to provide credit card details to secure the booking nothing is charged at the time, the only charges would be for a no show at the time. * Rooftop Experience if your booking shows this, then yes you are on the Rooftop. If not, then you will be in the ground level cocktail bar * If we are fully booked we do offer walk in’s subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee this, but of course we will try our best * Yes the part of the Rooftop we book is undercover and we do have heating * All reservations are for a 2 hour time slot * If you are running late, we cannot guarantee that the table will be kept after 15 minutes so please be on time if you can! * Special requests yes, please add to the reservation but always remember this is a request and not a guarantee Lastly, please book early! The earlier you can plan ahead the better to avoid disappointment! We cannot wait to see you so if you have a birthday coming up soon, a special occasion, or if, like us, you just really need a night out, then make sure you book in plenty of time and come and enjoy the Urban Experience for yourself!
