17.01.2022 Announcement! We are now serving our delicious take away coffees in three different sizes instead of just the two! You can now choose from the single shot cup, the double ristretto cup or the double shot cup. Available from today! What’s a double ristretto you ask? A ristretto is a restricted, shorter version of an espresso shot. Since a ristretto is a shorter shot compared to an espresso, the final drink is a slightly sweeter, more smooth flavor and can take away any bitterness that sometimes comes from the longer shot.

14.01.2022 I wasn’t quite sure I would ever see this day come but after working at Velo as the manger for over seven years my time has come to say good bye as I head off for maternity leave to begin my new chapter as a mum & start my new little family. It’s exciting times ahead but is also very emotional & sad to be saying good bye to my Velo family, all our amazing regular customers & the cafe itself that will always have a little piece of me. I want to say a HUGE thank you & goodbye t...o all of you. I really will miss you. Handing over my position (and the social media) to Del now who is going to be the new Velo manager. Today is my last day, so I’m looking back at some fond memories & times Ive spent since starting here at Velo with these photos. We have been receiving a lot of enquires for bookings but please be aware we do not take bookings and due to the current situation we do have limited seating and time restrictions on our seating. We do however have picnic blankets available for you to use while enjoying our take away option at the park to save you having to line up & wait for a table if it is too busy when you arrive.
