13.01.2022 COVID-19 Notice - Business as normal Dear Customers & Friends, As the COVID-19 Pandemic has spread across the world, along with the many doubts, fears & misconceptions, we have been busy behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our customers & staff while continuing to provide the best products & service we possibly can. ... That being the case we have implemented a regular sanitation process in all public & staff areas at the store in addition to our normal practices. We have also been in daily contact with our suppliers, carters & transport companies to ensure we have a continuation of supply - so far we are very pleased to report there has been no disruption & have had no warning of any abnormal shortages. This is where using local Australian made manufacturers & suppliers has had a major benefit to you & us. It really is business as normal... just without the handshakes. From a customer service perspective we are operating at full capacity with our team being enthusiastic & ready to deliver to the high standard youve come to expect when dealing with The Wall Store. If youre feeling even slightly unwell we would ask that you please place your orders over the phone or email through [email protected] - you can even phone it in from the car park & we can load you up for a full Drive-Thru type service. We will keep you updated should anything change & are ready to activate contingency plans if those circumstances arise. Until any further notice it is business as normal here at The Wall Store. 10.01.2022 Yes we are OPEN - COVID-19 Update Dear Customers & Friends, As per the Prime Ministers announcement last night & the Premiers follow up announcements this morning we will remain open as usual. ... We ask that you only come into the store only if necessary & phone or email orders in beforehand should you require a pick up. If you decide to come in please respect Social Distancing regulations & refrain from touching product you dont intend to purchase. Please place your orders over the phone 9544-9989 or email through [email protected] - you can even phone it in from the car park & we can load you up for a full Drive-Thru type service. This is our preferred process for all customers & ensures you are in & out as quickly as possible with the least amount of contact. All youll need to do is tie down your load & check your vehicle before departure. Tap & Go Credit Cards are the preferred payment method. Please do NOT enter the store if you or any of your colleagues are feeling unwell. We have a duty to protect our team & our customers which we expect all customers to respect at all times. We have spoken with our main suppliers this morning & they have communicated that the border movement restrictions in Western Australia & South Australia at this stage will not affect freight & as such they see no issues with logistics around stock supply. Our communication with all suppliers & freight providers is on-going & we will update you should there be any foreseeable issues. We are ready to activate contingency plans if circumstances change. On a final note we would highly recommend that you remain diligent around your invoicing & collections especially at this time of the month where payments fall due. With circumstances changing rapidly, more than ever, cash management is key. Until any further notice it is business as normal here at The Wall Store.
