24.01.2022 A week ago I was excitedly planning an event for some close friends as part of a fundraiser for Our Kids. After more than a year away from the industry for personal reasons, I was reminded how much I love everything about events from styling, to planning & coordinating. Feeling re-inspired by last weekends event, and the incredibly generous and encouraging comments by those close to me I had an epiphany. This is my heart & soul work. The one thing I would do even if I ...wasn't being paid. There is no denying it, I love everything to do with celebrations. It is what lights me up, my spark. Every day this week I have been powering through from around 5am until 11pm working on my relaunch including new business name, branding and website, all based on what I am going to deliver that is in true alignment with who I am. For now I just wanted to say I'm back baby and I can't wait to share more with you soon. 13.01.2022 Event restrictions are beginning to ease across most parts of Australia and that light at the end of the tunnel is becoming even brighter. However, it can be a little confusing trying to work out which restrictions are lifting and when. At the moment, in New South Wales the Government has confirmed it will remove the limit on gatherings from 1 July 2020, with the maximum capacity of indoor venues to be determined by the ‘1 person per 4 square metre’ rule.... All activity must be seated only, and this includes function centres. Restrictions on funerals have been lifted, as long as the ‘1 person per 4 square metre’ rule is applied. All other restrictions including 20 guests inside the home and 20 for outside gatherings will remain the same.
