21.01.2022 The Bistro and Snackery will be open tomorrow as usual. Apologies for today's closure as we have been busy cleaning, sanitising and restocking ready for tomorr...ow after the power outage. We will also be open Monday and Tuesday this week! Thank you to all the wonderful people in the valley for all your support and understanding. Your strength gives us the strength to keep fighting. No chance of Salmonella from raw eggs, or E-coli from raw flour as we use the wonders of modern pasteurising and sterilizing technology to create The Ultimate Naughty Treat that's So Bad... But Sooo Good!! ... Starting off with classic Choc Chip, you can choose from Cooke Dough Sundaes or Tornadoes, Plus Cookie Dough Sandwiches and Take Home Tubs are on their way! Or, if you've just always wanted to try it, why not just get a Scoop in a cone or cup and dig in!?! It's safe to eat as it is, but our goal is to have amazing tasting mixes that are Edible AND Bakeable! And the more we sell - the more we can experiment with different flavours and have fun with it!
