24.01.2022 [tWR. REVIVE].... This busy boss lady @liv_mayers @olliemayhairstudio was getting tired of people commenting on how tired she looked! A little flattening of the midface, a genetic pre disposition to dark circles and deep tear trough is the perfect combo for a less than refreshed look... 22.01.2022 [COSMELAN]...swipe swipe Our gorgeous client, Isabel @house.of.cubs has been kind enough to document her Cosmelan skin journey. Keep swiping to see her results... COSMELAN is a depigmentation process that entails the application of a deep peel to the affected area. The peel is kept on for approx 10-12 hours depending on your skin type and skin concern. Following the removal of the peel, a comprehensive after care/home care regimen is implemented to allow for continual and progressive depigmentation. The level of shedding varies from person to person and the in between stages can be less than pretty.....but is well worth it! The after pic is at 14 days post peel application. 12.01.2022 [LOWER FACE] This beauty was unhappy with the shape of her lips and wanted a fuller top lip.... After a comprehensive consultation and full facial assessment, it was also noted that due to chronic jaw clenching the masseter muscle had hypertrophied (grown) creating a squarish and more masculine jawline. A tailored treatment plan was created with the goal of achieving a more feminine facial shape.....oh AND fuller lips as per her initial request... The end result is a feminine oval/heart shape lower face, a subtle but fuller lip.....and one happy gal! 07.01.2022 SKIN FOOD] Glowing skin begins from within Break your fast with nourishing, nutrient fuelled goodness that your body and skin with lurve... RECIPE ~ Quinoa Flake Porridge with Berries. A delicious gluten-free porridge option that can also be prepared the night before. Serves 1 Ingredients cup uncooked quinoa flakes cup unsweetened nut milk (macadamia, almond, coconut, etc.) 10 almonds, chopped cup of fresh berries, or thawed from frozen teaspoon of cinnamon Method 1. In a jar add quinoa flakes and cup milk, mix well and leave overnight covered in the fridge (this step is optional as it simply reduced the cooking time required). 2. Add soaked quinoa mixture and remaining cup milk into a small saucepan, heat on low until simmering, stirring regularly. 3. Cook for approx. 5 minutes, until porridge is thickened, smooth and creamy. 4. Serve topped with berries, chopped almonds and sprinkle of cinnamon.
