23.01.2022 School Holidays have come to an end. It is now time to give the house a good clean. Not just physically but also a time to clear out the energy left behind. Holidays are fun but the energy from the kids always being home tends to build up. Sage is a great way to sweep that energy out of your home and lift the vibrations around you.

03.01.2022 Here is something you may not know or have thought about that relates to Bowen Therapy. A session of Bowen is a great way yo calm the nerves and relax the body. Bowen moves are designed to switch you from Sympathetic nervous system or your fight or flight response, into the Parasympathetic nervous system or your relax and repair response. As you could imagine when the body is in relax and repair we feel calmer and our muscles can relax. We spend a lot of our waking life in fight or flight. This is a highly stressful state for our bodies to be in. A Bowen Session can be used to just relax the body. Give your body a chance to relax, recover and repair with a Bowen Session.
