14.01.2022 Hello Beautiful Yogis Its been a crazy year with lots of changes to embrace and learn from. But the year is coming to a close and I feel it is time to make some change for the New Year. As of January 16th I will return to Queens park for Saturday Flow class @8.30am. Please comment if you would prefer an earlier session. ... I will be looking into options for a weekday evening class and will advise as soon as I know. I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy New year filled with LOVE light and freedom.
