21.01.2022 I sent this quote home, along with a practical guide for anxiety, with the children this week. Anxiety in children is more common than we’d like these days... children are afraid of being without their parents, being in large groups, meeting new people, going new places and speaking in front of people. It’s little steps like breathing, controlling your thoughts and focusing on the step in front of you rather than the whole staircase that will help your little ones get through it

19.01.2022 Snake under the fridge I did this with my Red Cliffs class last week... which was fun! however it was a rather large class and the bridge got a little wonky I seriously love planning classes and coming up with fun and exciting ways to incorporate yoga - and then to see the kids having fun with the ideas I have come up with melts my heart!

12.01.2022 YOGA TONIGHT CANCELLED Unfortunately I’m going to have to cancel what would have been our last yoga class for the next 6 weeks due to a tummy bug I would have loved to see you all before the Yogi Club club closes down temporarily - but I’m looking forward to seeing you all back in the studio when this is all over!
