24.01.2022 What a great review. Could not ask for more. Dejahne' 6 verifications 1 review... Hi Alan! Excuse the delay. Here is my review. There are many questions one asks themselves when preparing to travel. Where should I go? What type of experience am I looking for? How do I want this destination to make me feel? When answering these questions for my recent trip to Bali Indonesia, I came to the conclusion that Vila Livo of Sanur was the place for me. Villa Livo was truly gratifying. The spacious floor plan of the villa made daily entry and exit non problematic. If myself or my guest were concerned with minor things like where to eat and what time to leave we simply asked the fantastic grounds keeper Yoga. Yoga made us feel extremely welcomed and at ease, he also kept the villa SPOTLESSLY CLEANED! Alan, the host of the villa made our trip worthwhile in such an immense way! Alan was extremely prompt with answering all of my questions prior to booking the villa. He arranged airport transportation for myself and my guest and even recommended some sights worth seeing. Not to mention he arranged bikes for all of us to have the entire time we were there! I would absolutely give Villa Livo 5 stars on a scale of 1-5!!! In other words....book NOW, you will not be disappointed!

All of the small details like the filtered water dispenser and kitchen utensils made it that much easier. Not to mention Yoga, being super friendly and helpful. Was prompt daily to clean and provide assistance if needed. The pool, oh the pool. This was our favorite feature, sitting morning side to soak the sun took you else...where with its tranquility. The location is also something to note, within walking distance to everything (5-10 minute) but far enough in to not hear the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. The villa is at the back of the 'zen villas' - it's gorgeous and nothing is too much for the villa staff. They helped to arrange a chef to cook us breakfast in the villa, helped with transport and provided a cot and high chair. We had a great stay, thankyou!

18.01.2022 26th September 2012 Hi Allan and Liene, Just writing to say that we had the most wonderful stay at Zen Villa B. From the moment we arrived and Agusto showed us around I knew I had made a fantastic decision and my husband was very impressed. The villa and grounds were spotless, Ani and the gardeners do a great job.... We loved the pool, especially Charlotte, and spent many hours swimming. The steps are especially great to sit on in the pool. The wifi worked really well and having the fridge/freezer as well as the stocked kitchen made our stay so much easier especially with a toddler. The washing machine worked well and the large water cooler saved us from buying water all the time. The portacot and high chair provided were in excellent condition and well worth the extra money. I especially liked that this was the end villa so we had no one walking past us and except for the entry to the villa opposite was completely private. It was great to have security at the front gate and to be able to chat to the reception staff at Zen Villas. We ate at Aleesha Villas for breakfast one morning which was lovely and the Nanny took Charlotte there for lunch one day because it was so close. Agusto was fantastic especially when I had a mishap with my card in Legian and he came all the way over and saved me! Also when we told him of the troubles with the door to the bathroom he came over very quickly and fixed it for us. It's a shame we couldn't use him more but next time we come with more family we will definitely call on him. A couple of points that could do with improvement were the firmness of the mattress. It was just too hard and we both noticed it. Maybe a thick mattress overlay would help with this. Also we used the bath every night to bathe Charlotte and we had great difficulty getting the plug up and would have to leave the bath water in. I think Ani would get one of the gardeners to fix it each time but maybe there could be a better solution for this. Overall we had a great time and will be recommending the villa to family and friends. We also hope to get back sometime soon. Kind Regards, Kate and Gerard

The villa is ideal for 4 people, the king size beds are comfortable, the decor is nice in the Balinese style, small but sufficient pool to have a good time, although we would have liked to have a sunbed per person. Near the city center on foot or by bike, the location is ideal and quiet. The housekeeping and the reception are perfect. We recommend this place for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The villa has everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. Check in was seamless and our host even arranged a driver to pick us up. The pool is fantastic and provides the perfect spot to lounge around during the days. Beds are super comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. The perfect home away form home. Can't wait to come back.'

10.01.2022 September 2014 KIMBERLEY FUNG VIA AIR BNB Allan was available via Air B n B messaging (prior to booking) and email (after booking) for all our questions and concerns. Once the booking was made, we were also given plenty of information about the Sanur area as well as activities that we might be interested in. For us, the villa was perfect. We traveled as a couple and stayed for 6 nights. We wanted somewhere with a decent bathroom and kitchen, with access to a swimming beach. Z...en Villa met our needs. Security and Reception staff were available to answer questions while we were there and the villa came equipped with menus for take out on our lazier evenings. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and absolutely stunning (I went running at sunrise one morning - gorgeous!), and the villa's location is private as it is down some side streets. The pool was perfect for lazy afternoons. Bikes were provided also. I would recommend this for friends or couples traveling, or perhaps a small family, as long as you're up for walking the short walk to the beach and main street of restaurants and shops. This area of Sanur was much more calm and quiet than most which was great, as we didn't want to be anywhere too busy. Transport was provided to and from the airport which was a bonus. We travel to Bali often, and would come back again -- maybe next year ;) See more

The individual villa was secluded enough for a romantic getaway and still close enough to walk to all the hotspots of Sanur. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Bali. We loved everything about it and felt like we were living in luxury during our stay in Sanur. Such a great town and a well located property although google maps has it listed incorrectly so we had some takeaway take some time in getting to us. I highly recommend it - it's one of the best places we've every stayed in.

05.01.2022 18th June 2012 Hi Allan & Liene We have just arrived home to winter! Not nice after such lovely warm weather in Bali. Gary & I thoroughly enjoyed Bali and we just want to let you know that our stay at Zen Villa B was fabulous. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday there. Agusto met us at the airport with cold flannels for our face and chilled water. The villa was spacious, with lovely furnishings and a very private pool. Everything we required was available - rig...ht down to a blender for making yummy smoothies with the local fresh fruit. We loved being able to use the bikes to explore Sanur and then come home to have a swim in our own pool. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. 03.01.2022 Here’s what Kay Yun wrote from her stay in June 2019 We had a wonderful stay in Allan’s villa :) He was quick at communication and helpful in arranging a airport transfer for us. The housekeeper, Yoga, was there to greet us and send us off. His warmth and cheerful hospitality made us feel at home immediately. Yoga keeps the place sparkling clean and gives wonderful touches to the place. The villa is beautiful and quiet, allowing us a restful stay. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to most things you will need - restaurants, shops, supermarket and the beach.

Driver picked us up from airport and breakfast was included. Very happy with the staff. So friendly. Security 24/7 made us feel safe with our young children. Shops not far at all, short walk to main street. The villa was beautiful with our very own private pool. What I liked the best was the peace and quiet in our own villa. We also had our very own water unit for hot and cold water, saved us buying bottled water. Allan the owner attended to all our needs. Nothing was a problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
