10.01.2022 Zumba fitness will also return on a Wednesday night to, isn't that great? I hope to see a lot of you return out of the woodworks for this $1 class or even the 10 classes for $50 offer on Monday 9th October at 7:30pm, for old times sake. You could have just been saying to yourself, 'I need to do something with myself'. I'Ve been sitting on the lounge, twiddling with my thumbs, gaining weight, feeling uncomfortable; well Zumba is always the start. Zumba has a way of getting you... motivated. It makes you laugh ( especially when I teach it) and keeps you smiling. I will never give up teaching Zumba, it always comes back to me. It's what I do, it's what I'm really good at. Come and get good at Zumba - ing with me on 9th October 2017 at 7:30pm when the kids are sleeping. Treat and be good to yourself! Do something for you!

08.01.2022 3 weeks post op? On Monday a lady called Mel showed up for Zumba alone. Suddenly she was saved by the bell. Her mobile phone beeped: an sms from her son prompted her to swiftly leave. Her plan was to attend Zumba and collect him on the way back home to Pimpama. Before she left, Mel insisted on purchasing a 5 week Zumba class pass, explaining she would attend every Wednesday, not Monday’s. She had set a goal and this 5 week fitness challenge had come at the right time for her.... Yes this lovely lady had travelled all the way from Pimpama to attend my Zumba class. On Wednesday Mel showed up and asked if I could modify the class for her. Destined to know, I had to ask why? She exclaimed, because I had an operation three weeks ago. How keen is she? Committing to 5 weeks of Zumba while she recovers! Talk about being strong willed. Good on her for not sitting on the couch feeling sorry for herself! The truth is, she first discovered me in 2011 when I had mentored her 10 week challenge group. These were her words, nobody mentors me like you. I have been to many Zumba classes but you have something! What am I saying? She knew if anyone could help her to stay motivated, it was me! I cannot help you if your sitting on the couch in silence, come and party with us....let yourself go to a Zumba class! Are you fighting a battle at the moment unsure of how you will get through? No matter what storm you are in, standing still when the wind blows might cause some damage. If you Dance with the wind unaffected by it’s gusts, it might just lead you to a better place. Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 7:30pm
