25.01.2022 After 6+ months of discussion and negotiations and ~$20,000 deposits and expenses I received the Title and keys to my new place yesterday. Well ok its for the Cartel Coffee and all its people (staff and customers).... The old lease ended yesterday and new one starts today. Hows that for to the wire??!... This weekend will be sleepless and exhausting with heavy equipment relocations, fit out, make good, installation and testing.
