24.01.2022 I want to take a moment to remember Bob Johnson. Bob was our first AV technician before we graduated to the Brisbane Powerhouse. Back in those days, we used to host TDC in the cinema, believe it or not. Half the fun was setting up after the last movie finished at 11pm. Sometimes we wouldn't finish until 4am, however, never did Bob bat an eyelid. He made sure we knew what to do and sent us to work accordingly. Bob knew how to get shit done and that's what I loved about him. I'm sorry I didn't call more often Bobby. I hope you know we loved you so very much! I'm looking forward to seeing you in the afterlife! Perhaps we can finally get a beer we always talked about! #blackonblack #chucks I love you, Bobby! I pray your passing was peaceful.

08.01.2022 November sees the return of The Bloom, a podcast by TDC. This month's guests include Cat Burgess (Frost*) and G Torto (Re). If you attended TDC in 2018, you would have caught Cat speak about the cross-section of truth and brand, an epic talk which was heavily applauded. These days Cat has been promoted to the Head of Frost* Place, the place-making arm of Frost* Collective. Joining Cat is the ever booming G Torto. Although G is new to the TDC family, his dedication and enthusi...asm for his craft that has seen him rocket to the top as at Re and onto our radar as a leader in our community. In our conversations with G, we have had nothing but an epic exchange of energy. Anticipation is high. Episode 02 will delve into the lives of both Cat and G to further understand their emotional and mental approaches to their craft. Understanding how and where these brilliant creatives build and find energy is the aim of the game, and we look forward to learning more about them and the secrets they have learned through their careers.
