21.01.2022 WOD - Early BASE This workout is a really nice way to ease into some strength work once you’re largely pain free and have no movement restriction, give it a go (Warmup with lying rotation, clam, extension in lying)... C1. Box Squat / Front Rack Carry C2. RFESS / Step Up C3. Side Plank / Single Leg Bridge / Crab Walk



21.01.2022 KNEE PAIN This workout is one we can use to help address anterior knee pain We’re trying to build posterior strength to improve the agonist/antagonist relationship between our quads/hip and hammies/glutes/calves... Try adding these in to you week if the front of your knee has been niggling and you don’t usually train these movements frequently!

18.01.2022 KNEE PAIN Knee extension isometrics (demonstrated here) are an easy go to when experiencing anterior knee pain They have been shown to reduce pain and increase strength without placing the joint under too much stress... Start with your knee bent to 90 degrees and then complete 10 x 5 second holds, 5x per week *pulling a face has not been shown to enhance this exercise
