The type that is free from judgement yet filled with empathy and care.. The type where, when you leave, you don’t have so much weight on your shoulders.. I mean, having a listening ear is important.. BUT.. how can we create more environments/opportunities to welcome honest conversations? Do we as a species need to change the way we greet?
