22.01.2022 SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS next week marks the first workshops for kids! It’ll be a fun 2 hour session of games, skills and introducing some jiu jitsu techniques! If you’ve been thinking about getting your kids into Jiu Jitsu, this could be the perfect opportunity to see if they like it! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu improves coordination and body awareness, confidence, disciple and focus - all while having fun and learning practical self defence. Important for both Adults and Child...ren!
